The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that in spite of effort has been made to contact with the petitioner to obtain instruction no instruction has been provided by the petitioner.

It is also submitted that if further time is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner she can send a letter to the petitioner.

However, Howrah Municipal Corporation as well as respondent nos. 5 and 6 are represented by learned advocates.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner it appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
