Considering the submission of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and grievance made in this writ petition against the non-disposal of the petitioner's review application dated 24th July, 2020 being annexure p-7 to the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid review application dated 24th July, 2020 within eight weeks from date.

It is recorded that while considering the aforesaid review application, respondent concerned shall act strictly in accordance with law and it is further recorded that this court was not gone into the merit of the aforesaid review application and the respondent concerned shall consider the same on its own merit.

Since this writ petition is disposed of at the motion stage, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. This writ petition being WPA 10066 of 2020 is disposed of.
