The petitioner appeared in a recruitment process conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for appointment in CAPF.

The petitioner was declared unfit by the Medical Officer and by the Review Medical Board. The petitioner thereafter applied before the Director General, CRPF (Recruitment Branch) praying for medical reexamination.

The petitioner has handed over to the Court a copy of a communication dated December 7, 2020, which shows that the representation of the petitioner has been forwarded to the DIG (Recruitment) for taking necessary action in the matter.

As it appears that the representation of the petitioner has already been forwarded to the department of DIG (Recruitment) for consideration no order is required to be passed in the instant writ application. WPA No. 10100 of 2020 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
