The present revision is of the year 2020 and has been preferred against the impugned order and judgment dated 17.02.2020 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 6, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, in Criminal Appeal No. 13 of 2019 under Section 29 of the Protection of Woken from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
