This is a dispute regarding time table issued by the office of the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur to the petitioner, Gurupada Das, which is at page 16 of the writ application.

The petitioner wants further extension of the time table for which he has filed one representation dated 27th November, 2020 which is Annexure 'P-3' of the writ application.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Secretary of the Regional Transport Authority, Purba Medinipur, is directed to consider the representation dated 27th November, 2020 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation, this writ application is disposed of.
