Mr. Mahata, learned advocate appears for the State and submits that no complaint and/or representation has been made before the police authorities. He further submits that the petitioner has lodged a general diary being G.D. Entry No. 924 dated September 18, 2020 and a prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been submitted.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 10113 of 2020 is disposed of without, however, any order as to costs.
