The respondent bank is also represented and submits that he does not have any objection if the petitioner is allowed to withdraw this writ petition.

In view of the submission made by the parties, this writ petition being WPA No. 10134 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
