Leave is sought by learned counsel for the petitioners to implead the new incumbent in the office of the alleged contemnor.

Such leave is granted.

The learned advocate-on-record shall carry out the necessary consequential amendments to the cause title of the contempt application during the course of the day. The petitioner shall serve copy of the contempt application on the said new incumbent in the meantime and file an affidavit-of-service on the next date of hearing. The matter shall next be enlisted on January 4, 2022.
