CAN 1 of 2021 has been filed by the respondents in the main writ petition seeking recall and or modification of the order dated 27th January 2021. By the said order the original writ petition was disposed of directing the District Selection and Monitoring Committee (DSMC), Cooch Behar to consider and dispose of the writ petitioners' claim for employment.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that a new District Level Selection and Monitoring Committee for engagement of Anganwari Workers and Helpers in ICDS projects has been constituted for all districts in the State pursuant to an order dated 1st December 2021.

It is, therefore, submitted that the new District Level Selection and Monitoring Committee (DLSMC) shall deal with the petitioners' grievances.

In that view of the matter, it is directed that the new District Level Selection and Monitoring Committee, Cooch Behar for ICDS Projects shall consider and dispose of the petitioners' application within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The memorandum dated 1st December 2021 is kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations, CAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
