The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Officer-in-Charge, Patharpratima Police Station to comply with the directions of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas, passed in Title Suit No.74 of 2015 dated March 21, 2018, if not already done. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.
