Mr. Sandip Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the petitioners, has fairly submitted that since FIR has been registered by the Airport Police Station, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a further direction on the Airport Police Station to complete investigations as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
