Despite service, none appears on behalf of the State respondents. Let the affidavit of service be taken on record.

The petitioners pray for a direction upon the Inspector-In-Charge, Airport Police Station, to act and proceed on the basis of the complaints lodged by the petitioners. The disputes relate to alleged creation of certain fake documents by some persons against whom such complaint was made.

Without going into the merits of the complaint lodged by the petitioners dated September 30, 2020 before the Inspector-In-Charge, Airport Police Station, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Inspector-In-Charge, Airport Police Station to dispose of the representation/complaint filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The investigating authority will decide the issue as to whether the complaint discloses a congnizable offence and calls for any investigation or not.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the allegations as it is within the domain of the investigating agency to take appropriate decision. This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
