Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners on instructions submits that in view of the fact that almost 55 days have passed since the arrest of the petitioners and the courts would re-open on 04.01.2021 in between which the statutory period would expire and their rights may be prejudiced before the learned court below, they are not willing to press the present application.
