Kutubuddin ... for the petitioner Mr. Binay Panda Mr. Subham Bhakat ... for the State Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in subjecting the minor victim to forcible sexual intercourse who subsequently committed suicide, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
