It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is a land dispute between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of witnesses implicates the petitioners in the assault. Injury reports show that the victim suffered grievous injuries and in view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
