Ms. Shabana Hasin Mr. Anisur Rahaman .....For the Petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy .....For the State This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed on behalf of the petitioner who has sought to be released on bail, inter alia, on any condition. It is submitted that he is in jail custody for the last 130 days. I have heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a photocopy of the deposition of the victim and her mother taken on oath before the trial Court. It is submitted that the trial is yet to be concluded.

Considering the evidence of the victim, the prayer for bail, at this stage, is refused.

Accordingly, CRM 10066 of 2020 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
