Siddiqui, Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee ...for the alleged contemnor It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor that without prejudice to an appeal preferred against the order dated January 7, 2020 passed by this Court in WP 2056 (W) of 2019, the petitioner has been issued an order dated November 27, 2020 asking him to join service as a para teacher in Muldia Chaitanyapur DG High School with immediate effect.

It is further submitted that the order could not be communicated to the petitioner or his counsel in view of the ongoing pandemic.

The petitioner shall, therefore, immediately join the said school.

Needless to mention the petitioner's joining of such school and appointment shall abide by the result of the pending appeal being MAT 425 of 2020.

The communication dated November 20, 2020 has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant application.

Hence, the contempt application being CPAN 155 of 2020 is hereby disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

The alleged contemnor is present in Court today. Her personal presence is dispensed with. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
