Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner with the principal accused i.e. Subhadip and as he does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused persons who are enlarged on bail and as his prayer for bail was rejected on November, 2020, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
