Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as the victim suffered internal hemorrhage which would appear from the C.T. scan, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
