Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing in narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 5.2 liters of codeine mixture and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Chemical report be filed before the trial court at the earliest. The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
