Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged joint possession of 240 bottles of phensedyl containing codeine mixture, which is above commercial quantity and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
