Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the murder of the victim and since prayer for bail of co-accused persons similarly circumstanced with the petitioner has been turned down by this court in October 2020, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
