Subrata Mukhopadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner that the Dharampur High Madrasah has already issued a no objection.

It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Commission that the counselling is also over and the recommendation in favour of the petitioner pending issuance.

In those circumstances, nothing further remains to be decided in the instant writ petition.

Hence, WPA 10221 of 2020 shall stand disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Needless to mention the recommendation shall be issued only upon production of the no objection from the aforesaid Madrasah.

In view of the above, the order restraining the Commission from recommending any other person to the post of Assistant Teacher in the concerned Madrasah as passed in the order dated December 16, 2020 shall stand vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
