There was case and counter case between the parties. Allegation of attempt to murder is not supported by medical evidence.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the opinion order dated 20.5.2020 granting interim bail to opposite party nos.2 and 3 do not require interference. Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail is dismissed.
