It is informed that the appellate Tribunal is sitting on a regular basis. Under such circumstances, as the order is an appealable order under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, this Court cannot entertain this revisional application. The petitioners are at liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate Tribunal in accordance with law. Advance copy with 48 hours notice be given to the opposite parties. It is made clear that if the petitioners prefer an appeal along with an application for stay, the same will be taken up by the learned appellate Tribunal expeditiously. The prayer for interim order should be considered on the first day itself.

It is also made clear that if the petitioners want to

settle the matter, the petitioners are at liberty to make such proposal to the bank.

This revisional application is disposed of.

There will be however no order as to costs.
