Petitioners' grievance is that there is unauthorised construction going on at instance of person named in paragraph 6 of the petition and there has been erroneous mutation of the Corporation's record. The premises in question is 24/1, Mominpore Road, Ekbalpur, Kolkata. Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, with reference to page 43 that late husband of petitioner no.1 had mutation in his favour but thereafter the Corporation has caused others' name to be mutated. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Corporation and submits, he has instructions that the construction is pursuant to a sanctioned plan. Furthermore, so far as

mutation is concerned, it has been duly done. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appears on behalf of State. The Corporation will deal with representation dated 4th November, 2020, at page 44 of the writ petition. Particulars of sanction plan is to be provided to petitioners so that petitioners might obtain information with regard thereto. So far as grievance regarding mutation is concerned, the Corporation will deal with it and make known its decision to petitioners. Above must be done within three weeks from date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
