It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there are case and counter case between the parties. Injuries occurred at both ends due to a free fight.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Allegation of physical assault may be assessed in the light of the aforesaid submission relating to a free fight resulting in injuries at both ends. Injuries suffered by the victim do not appear to be grievous. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
