Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have sincerely complied with all the conditions of bail and in the meantime the petitioners have obtained regular bail upon surrendering in the Court below.

Learned advocate for the State produces the report revealing compliance of the conditions of bail and there is no adverse report available therein.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, the condition incorporated in the order dated 10th December, 2020 in CRM 10131 of 2020 as regards meeting with the Investigating Officer once in a week stands withdrawn.

Other conditions in the order dated 10th December, 2020 shall remain unaltered.
