Learned lawyer for the petitioner submits that no narcotic substance was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned lawyer for the State submits that 50 bottles of phensedyl was recovered from the residence of the petitioner. We have perused the seizure list which endorses seizure of 50 bottles of phensedyl from the residence of the petitioner. Such seizure is witnessed by an independent witness. Seizure list is also signed by the petitioner. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
