Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits the victim girl had been ravished by her own father.

We have considered the statements of witnesses including the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. Victim girl categorically implicates the petitioner in the heinous crime. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
