Learned lawyer for the State submits that petitioners were caught red handed at the spot. Their prayer for bail was rejected in September, 2020.

From the statements of witnesses we find that the petitioners were caught red handed from the spot. Body of the deceased was found near about the same place. No explanation is forthcoming from the petitioners with regard to the cause of unnatural death of the deceased. Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence and as prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected in September, 2020 and there is no substantial change in circumstance, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, this, rejected.

We request the trial Court to take prompt steps for consideration of charge at the earliest and in the event the charge is framed, conclude the trial without unnecessary delay.
