We have considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and his prayer for bail was repeatedly rejected and lastly in June, 2020. In view of the aforesaid facts and as delay in trial since last rejection of bail by this Court is not attributable to the prosecution but due to prevailing pandemic condition, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
