Mr. Ayan Bhattacherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not pursuing the present revisional application. However, learned advocate submits that the proceedings before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Asansol may be expedited.

Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya, learned senior advocate appearing for the private opposite party does not object to such proposition.

Having regard to the fact that the proceedings were initiated in the year 2016 and presently we are in the year 2022, I direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Asansol, to fix at least one date in a month for the purpose of the present litigation so that the same may be concluded within a reasonable period of time.

Mr. Bhattacharya, learned senior advocate appearing for the opposite party also submits that the petitioner should comply with the directions passed by the learned appellate court. The opposite party/wife would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application before the learned Judicial Magistrate which the learned Magistrate would dispose of in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1726 of 2020 is thus disposed of.
