ARCS, North 24 Parganas was appointed to manage the Society. In the circumstances, let representation dated 08.07.2020 and 15.10.2020 be considered and disposed of by the ARCS, North 24 Parganas preferably within a period of one month from the date of communication of the copy of this order. If it is found that the salaries and remuneration of the employees could be paid even to some extent, the concerned ARCS, North 24 Parganas shall go ahead and do the needful.

With the above observations, the instant writ application stands disposed of, however, without any order as to costs.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
