Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record particularly the statement of the injured witnesses as well as the medical papers. We note that the victims were severely assaulted with a sharp weapon and one of them was hospitalised. In view of the grave nature of injury, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
