Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have noted the statements of witnesses as well as the injury report. Role of the petitioners is clearly disclosed in the said statements. Victim has suffered bomb blast injury. In view of the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
