Dismissed preferred in the year 2020 challenging the order dated 24.07.2020 by the learned Sessions Judge.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that chargesheet was submitted and thereafter the case was committed to the court of sessions. Charges have already been framed and evidence of first prosecution witness is in progress.

Having regard to the fact that the order of bail was passed more than 5 years 8 months ago and there has been no complain regarding the post bail conduct, at this belated stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of bail dated 24.07.2020. Accordingly, CRM 10174 of 2020 is dismissed.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
