Counsel for the petitioners submits that certain laptop and mobile phones have been seized by the police in course of such investigation and an application for return thereof is pending before the learned Magistrate. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, shall dispose of the said application mandatorily and positively within a period of 15 days from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
