Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has been identified in the course of the test identification parade. There are prima facie materials connecting the petitioner with the alleged dacoity. Trial has substantially progressed. Delay is not wholly attributable to the prosecution. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
