Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not declared the result pertaining to the Bridge Course as in-service teacher for the session 2012-2013.

Drawing the attention of this Court to annexure "P-9"of the writ petition, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in a similar matter, direction has been issued towards declaration of result.

Such contention has, however, not been disputed by Mr. Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the Board.

Judicial propriety demands that the findings arrived at on the rudiments of similar facts by another Court should be followed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of

by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to declare the result of the petitioner pertaining to the Bridge Course Examination of the session 2012-2013 and to issue appropriate certificate to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties on compliance of all formalities.
