We have considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in strangulating his wife to death and as his prayer for bail was rejected in August, 2020 and there is no change in circumstances since the last rejection of bail by this Court, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
