Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim and keeping in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged penetrative sexual assault on her, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
