Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. The incident occurred due to an altercation between a delivery boy from a food supply chain and the customers. The nature of injuries do not appear to be grievous. Hence, we are inclined in granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners, viz., Amar Das, Pankaj Das and Suman Rana shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
