Mukherjee, Sr. Adv Ms. Shaoni Dey ...for the opposite party Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it was not brought to the notice of this Court by the other side that a final order has been passed by the learned trial Court. In fact, after the order was passed, the petitioner was constrained to move the revisional application before the learned Session Court and a conditional order of stay has been granted in the revision.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party submits that affidavits of assets and liabilities filed on behalf of the petitioner before this Court is not in terms of the direction passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Rajnesh -vs- Neha reported in 2020 SCC Online 903.

Be that as it may, since a final order has already been passed by the learned trial Court, the present application has become infructuous.

However, it shall be open to any of the parties to assail the final order before an appropriate forum, if so advised.

Accordingly, the present revisional application is disposed of as infructuous.
