Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Allegation relates to robbery of a large sum of money. Entire stolen property has not been recovered.

In view of the gravity of the offence and as custodial interrogation may lead to further recoveries, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
