Heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the learned advocate appearing for the respondent bank.

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is against sitting over the representation made by the petitioner as appears at page 15 of the writ petition dated 2nd December, 2020 made before the Manager, State Bank of India, Ashok Nagar/respondent no.3 against blocking the bank account in question without intimation to him. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 2nd December, 2020 in accordance with law after giving an

opportunity of virtual hearing to the parties interested and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the order. Accordingly, WPA 10366 of 2020 is disposed of. All parties are to act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
