Inadvertent typographical error had crept in the order dated 11.12.2020.

In the 1st line of the second page of the said order the words, "Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda" be read as "Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda".

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Department shall make necessary corrections in the order. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them. (Suvra Ghosh, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
