Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim discloses that the petitioner had forcibly ravished her.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
