Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses as well as the materials on record disclose defalcation of electricity. Petitioner has absconded for over a decade. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
