Inadvertent typographical error had crept in the cause title of the order dated 14.12.2020.

In the cause title of the said order the words, "Rajendra Prasad Ghosh & Anr." be read as "Rajendra Prasad Ghosh & Ors.". In the 4th paragraph of the 1st page of the said order the words "Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners, viz., Rajendra Prasad Ghosh and Akshay Mondal shall be released on bail" be replaced as "Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners, viz., Rajendra Prasad Ghosh, Akshay Mondal, Upananda Ghosh and Dilip Dom shall be released on bail". Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Department shall make necessary corrections in the order. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
